Day 1# Activity 3# The SPCA does what for who?

The following information was inspired by  SPCA New Zealand.
The SPCA is known for its work at protecting sick, injured and even deserted animals safe. The SPCA has rehabilitated 40,000 animals and microchipped nearly 30,000. Judging by those results you can see that they provide a wide range of animals related things but that's not all. They have also provided 2,500 schools to their free educational resources. Although they do so much for these poor defenseless animals they get less than 1% of government funding.

  1. Kia ora Charlie,
This is a great explanation of the SPCA and what they do, it is great that you pointed out that they also support their communities and schools as they don't only focus on animals. It is not great how little funding they get from the government but they receive great support from communities and their SPCA charity stores.
